  • How can I get free delivery from any purchases made in evshop.my?
    Free delivery is applicable only for specific promotions only.
  • Will I receive any notification/confirmation after placing an order?
    You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been processed. This confirms that your order has been placed successfully.
  • Where can I get my tracking number?
    Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order online.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order online. You will then be able to track your order via the online tracker. There may be some delay between the status of an order being updated on the website, however the carrier usually updates their information within one business day. Tracking information should be available as soon as you receive this email. Please note that until the carrier updates their system with your tracking information, you will be unable to track your order.
  • Does EV offer international shipping?
    No, international shipping is not available. For the time being, EV only offers shipping within South East Asia.
  • How many days does it take for my parcel to arrive?
    Your order will be processed up to 3 business days to be ready for delivery. For East Malaysia, the delivery time will be 2-5 business days after the order leaves our distribution centre. For West Malaysia, the delivery time will be 1-3 business days after the order leaves our distribution centre. For orders done before 3pm, processing day will be counted on that day. For orders done after 3pm, processing day will start on the next business day. Processing takes up to 3 business days.
  • Can I make any changes for recipient name/address/phone number for an existing order?
    No, any changes for recipient name, address, or phone number is not allowed after the order is successfully made. Please ensure the information you’ve filled in is correct.
  • How can I use the promotional code?
    Click the 'Checkout' button at the top of the page to go to your shopping bag. Under the order summary, click 'Enter promo code' then type your voucher code into the box and click 'Apply'.
  • What can I do if there’s a message stating the voucher is invalid?
    Each promotion might have its own T&C. Please check the expiry date for every voucher you wish to use.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    No. An order cannot be cancelled.
  • How do I return a product?
    To return a product, return postage to EV. Any charges will be borne by the customer. You can return your online order within 30 days of receiving your order. Kindly follow the following steps: Contact our Customer Service team 6011-5270 6222. Provide our Customer Service team with your order details and reason for returns. Print out your return form(s) that will be provided by our Customer Service team via email. Insert your return form into the return parcel, then seal the parcel. Proceed to the nearest post office to post back your returns.
  • Where is my refund?
    We have a no refunds policy in any circumstance.
  • Can I exchange product at store or online?
    Online/postage purchases is to be exchanged through postage only. You can exchange your online order within 30 days of receiving your order. Kindly follow the following steps: Contact our Customer Service team 6011-5270 6222 Provide our Customer Service team your order details and reason for exchange. Print out your exchange form(s) that will be provided by our Customer Service team via email. Insert your exchange form into the return parcel, then seal the parcel. Proceed to the nearest post office to post back your returns.
  • What payment method can I use for my orders?
    We accept Debit, Credit Card, Online Banking (FPX) transactions.
  • Can I change the size/colour of the product once I’ve placed my order?
    No. Once your order has been successfully made, any changes are not allowed.
  • Are all products inclusive of taxes and SST?
    Yes, all products are inclusive of taxes and SST.
